Fennario Ventures, LLC (“Fennario Ventures”) was formed in 2023 to support businesses in developing and implementing financial and operational strategies that support healthy and growing companies, as well as offer solutions to help struggling companies return to profitability.

Our unique experience over 20 years includes high value projects in financial and operational roles spanning diverse industries such as: nuclear, telecommunications, manufacturing, oil & gas, private equity, banking, and many others.

Meet The Team

Lee Kirstein, MBA

Lee's unconventional combination of experience in both the office and in the field allows for his unique insight on the inner workings of a business. Initially focused on the financial aspects of business, Lee ultimately led his way into the operational side of business. This combination of experience has provided him with a foundation to aid in the successful transformation of struggling companies. As a natural relationship builder, Lee is also able to form the right teams to help set the stage for continued profitability.

Most recently serving as President of a Pittsburgh based investment group, Lee was responsible for deal sourcing, analysis, due diligence, and integration. Prior to that, he spent 15 years in financial and operational roles in various manufacturing and service organizations. Lee received his M.B.A. from Robert Morris University and his B.S. (Accounting) from the University of Pittsburgh.
